New t-shirt brand Être Cécile brings me peace of mind. Although I don't yet own one, their designs are exactly the sort of failsafe item that I'm continually on a mission to fill my wardrobe with. Any one of the designs work for both day and night, work or play. And an achievable price point too. It would seem Être Cécile ticks every box.

Keeping it simple

I haven't taken these bad boys off until the rain came today. Loving how they work with so much of my wardrobe. I'm finding they work best when I keep the outfit simple.

Tinned Bananas

When it comes to swimwear, certain criteria needs to be met. Since twin pregnancy my tummy is not for public view so the high waisted brief is a winner for me. And on the upper half- who wants strap marks? The bandeau gets my vote. So when I fell upon British label Tinned Bananas earlier today I was chuffed to find both these preferences catered for in bright, fun prints that are perfect for Brighton beach!

Birkenstocks

Birkenstocks are back! Although for some they never went away... but I'm talking #CurrentTrend here people! And it's mainly down to Celine's Phoebe Philo and the fur-trimmed versions she designed for the French fashion brand's S/S 13 collection.
